Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed through our secure checkout gateway.

Shipping: Orders received by 3pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day via United States Postal Service. In most cases, you will receive your shipment within 1-5 business days. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we have no control of any delay or loss caused by the shipper. Shipping charge is a flat rate of $5.95 for US contiguous 48 orders & $8.95 Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, & Palau orders. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Free shipping on orders $60.00 and over ( US contiguous 48 Only ).

Sales Tax: Sales tax of 2.9% will be charged to all Colorado orders & 9.3% will be charged to all Phoenix orders. No sales tax will be charged on orders originating from any other state.

Refunds & Returns: We offer a 6 Month limited warranty on all remanufactured inkjet and laser toner cartridges. If your not 100% satisfied or products that are defective under warranty can be returned for exchange or full refund less shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned in original packaging if applicable. Contact our customer service center and we will e-mail you a return authorization form for returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Inkjet and toner cartridges shall be at least 75% full upon return or credit will not be issued. All toners must be returned in the original packaging. All unopened products may be returned no later than one 180 days after purchase. Refunds will only be issued for orders place within 30 days of RMA request, an exchange or store credit can be arranged for the remainder of the 1 year warranty period. Returns due to change in printer equipment is subject to 30% retocking fee. You must first contact customer service by phone at 1-877-SWAP-INK or by email at support@swapink.com regarding exchange or return requests, an RMA must be issued to process an exchange or refund. All products returned that are not defective or returned without an RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Should a replacement cartridges be issued before defectives are returned, the customer must ship back the defective item within 14day or the full purchase price will be charged to credit card on file to pay for the replacement items. Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges

Warranty & Limitations: We offer a 6 Month limited manufacturer warranty covering defects on all Laser Toner and Inkjet cartridges. Refunds will only be issued for orders place within 30 days of RMA request, an exchange or store credit can be arranged for the remainder of the warranty peroid. All products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum performance standards set forth by the original equipment manufacturer. All products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function. Swapink.com reserves the right to use new or compatible functioning parts. We will only honor claims made by the original purchaser. Swapink.com will replace, repair, give appropriate credit or issue a complete refund on any defective item that is used in the normal course of usage and does not include failures and malfunctions that may result from tampering, alterations, neglect, dropping, incorrect power supply or improperly used. All warranties, whether expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed and negated including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Swapink.com is not responsible and hereby assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damage that may arise from the use of the products we sell.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled immediately will not be charged to your account. However, if you cancel an order after it has been shipped, and already charged to your account, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Discontinued Products: We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time regardless of the offer that was made on our web site or advertised. Items may be discontinued, or replaced at any time do to changes in manufacturer's specifications of the original equipment, or due to shortages in materials that are needed to manufacturer the products. Any charges made to your account on a item has been discontinued will be reversed, unless expressly authorized by the customer.

Assignment: Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express written consent of Swapink.com.

Resale of Products: Resale or representation of products provided or sold by Swapink.com is strictly prohibited unless express written consent of Swapink.com is granted.

Coupons & Promotions: Swapink.com reserves the right to cancel, eliminate or replace any coupon or promotion at any time without notice.
